Karsyn turns 3

This past week, Karsyn turned three! We had two events to celebrate- a small playdate with three friends that she chose (along with their siblings and moms), my sister and nieces, and then a family cookout in combination with my niece Kelsey's birthday.

Karsyn is really into the movie Tangled right now, so most of her decorations and presents were centered around this theme. This is the first year that she's really understood that it was HER special day and got excited. She kept asking me over and over "is it still my birthday now, Mommy?" all day long. We tried to make it a really special day for her and let her have all her favorite treats as well as skipping her nap that afternoon.
